why warm up?

Why should we warm up before exercising? 

If adults learn, so should children.  The best way to develop healthy habits is to start as early as possible.  With happyimagination, children at age 3 learn that warming up:

1. Warms up muscles.

2. Helps us become more flexible.

Children are given playdo or plasticine (to older children) to help understand concretely how to warm up muscles. The more you play with playdo, the warmer and “stretchier” it gets.
